London & Essex FAQs

How long does a typical warehouse fit-out take?+
Depends on floor area and scope. A 5,000 sq ft unit with lighting, power and fire alarms typically takes two to three weeks. Larger facilities or those requiring incoming supply upgrades can run four to six weeks. We'll confirm timescales after the site survey.
Can you work around our existing operations?+
Yes. We schedule noisy or disruptive tasks outside operating hours and zone the work to keep parts of the warehouse live. Most clients stay operational throughout the fit-out.
Do you handle DNO applications for new three-phase supplies?+
We do. If your warehouse needs an upgraded supply or a new connection, we liaise with UK Power Networks (or your local DNO) and manage the application, metering and final connection. Lead times vary but we factor that into the programme.
What certification do you provide on completion?+
You'll receive NICEIC electrical installation certificates, emergency lighting test sheets, fire alarm commissioning records and O&M manuals. All documentation is handed over in a bound folder, with digital copies if preferred.
