Failed items are labelled 'Do Not Use' and recorded on the certificate with the fault code. We can often repair or replace minor faults, damaged plugs, loose earth continuity, on the spot if you authorise the work. Anything beyond a quick fix gets flagged for formal remedial work or disposal.

Yes. Every item gets a unique barcode label and an entry in a digital register that tracks location, test history and next due date.
